Dave Gordon, Former Head of Major Events, BBC Sport:
"Jos has always impressed me with her passion and commitment to anything she tackles. The way she set about developing 'Raise Your Game' was typical of her energetic and enthusiastic approach, combining her expertise and contacts in Sport and education with a thorough knowledge of media production and the new media in particular. She is a real asset to any project and I would not hesitate to recommend her."
Stephen Williams, Assistant Head of Creative Industries, Sport and Public Services, Coleg Sir Gar:
"Jocelyn has on a number of occasions brought speakers to my college, where learners and staff have been inspired and enthused to improve standards in work, class and sport by the likes of David Roberts and Matt Jones (always led to the right answers by Jocelyn's right questions). I witnessed truly inspiring speakers, who engaged a diverse range of learners with funny, relevant, memorable anecdotes that were underpinned with key messages of hard work, self-motivation and the need for generic skills to function in work and society."
Kevin Pascoe, Former Employer Engagement Manager, The Open University in Wales:
"Jos has been totally inspirational in her vision for 'Learning through Sport', using the approach as a vehicle to engage prospective learners on a journey to formal learning...I have seen the highly effective work Jos and her associates have done with older learners (with support from trades unions representatives) in a range of settings and really has enthused non-traditional learners to engage in learning after hearing the inspirational experiences of the sports stars."
Dr. Eleri Wyn Williams, Former Head of Education and Learning BBC Wales:
"I think that using sporting stars as 'learning coaches' is an excellent idea. These people are at the top of their game and use discipline, dedication, focus and total commitment to achieve excellence. They are perfect role models for learners of all ages. By using a non dictatorial approach they have an amazing ability to engage young people and to stimulate them into a unique attitude to learning and to reaching their potential."
Lynn Davies CBE, Olympic Gold Medallist:
"Jos has great enthusiasm, drive and creativity in her approach to her work. She really does epitomise the concept of Raise your Game and has made an invaluable contribution through Raise Your Game to the confidence, self-esteem and education of young people."

"Jos Andrews is a joy to work with - Knowledgeable, decisive, productive and enthusiastic.
I have been lucky enough to work on a project with her called "Raise Your Game" The idea, which was completely hers, is A multi-platform concept that uses sport as a way of inspiring anyone of any age to be the best they can be. Parts of this trailblazing programme eg, school assemblies, are now being used by others, as a way to engage young people. I always look forward to working with Jos, and I'm very excited about what ideas are coming next, I just hope I'm included!"
